AKA Lady Blackpearl, the Most Fantastically Overpowered NPC in the Game.
As I just proved by using her to beat the final boss with an underleveled team, outdated weapons, and a shoddy Golem. Who needs attack power when you can use Stardust Throw every three seconds?

Though, her being Fantastically Overpowered is balanced out by the fact that you can only have her join you once after completing the Teardrop Crystal event--Afterwords, she reverts to being Princess Pearl, who, as useful as curing status ailments may be (not), isn't exactly the greatest NPC in the world. And of course there's Elazul, who is real cool and all, but is basically just a weaker version of Lady Pearl (or she's a stronger version of him, depending on how you look at it).
Or, if you can get her again, somebody please tell me how. I tried a lot of stuff, but maybe if you have Princess Pearl join your party, and then get her killed or something? Who knows.
...It just occurred to that the parallels between Touka/Boogiepop and Lady/Princess Pearl are, well, parallel. But I'm fairly sure that Princess Pearl is aware of Lady Pearl's existence, and in this case the uber-powerful semi-evil one is the original inhabitant of the body.

Anyway, dirty laundry. Her face is seriously messed up, there's artifacting in various places, the light source is inconsistent (Look closely at her skirt), her left leg is longer than her right, the angle on her skirt is messed up, her left arm is weird, etc, etc. Yup.
